You can contribute and participate in this initiative through different forms! Not everything is about money!
1) First, you can follow and interact with this initiative. I guarantee to provide an interesting point of view of the african continent, due my experience with social development and my quest to understand different manifestations of poverty. By reading, reflecting and trying to bring the questions to your own reality, I expect to bring more people to these discussions. And then, feel free to comment and share thoughts with me (it helps to keep the energy of being far from home…)
2) Share, spread the word! Use e-mail, Facebook, Twitter or any other means you decide you can make na impact (I truly believe in human contact, out of Internet, so scheduling a beer or cup of coffee to talk – and act - about the subjects presented in this initiative are highly encouraged). We can all learn from these experience to create change in our own surroundings.
3) I had thought to put here the possibility of contributing financially to my trip. But I changed my mind with the website online. I've decided to separate things and allow this learning to be disconnected from a logic of financial contribution. I am interested in your participation as a thinking human being, and active agent of change. From my side, I will do everything possible to produce and encourage the production of quality information from regions that we do not always end up meeting. This trip means more to me than volunteering, but a possibility of combining hard work with significant changes in society!
4) If you want to contribute to some of the projects and / or initiatives visited before, during or after my trip, please contact me and I will do my best to connect you to the project of interest. It may be in cash, hours of labor, knowledge, or even just with new ideas. If you are interested in contributing in any way, please contact me.

In my return, if it's interesting to you, I'd like to invite you all to a meeting in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to share my experience and to think about how to continue and develop this partnership.
